When will the new rebranded PATD materials be available?
The new Believe in Your Success with Avon and Achieve through Sales Success booklets will be a
component of the Appointment Kit beginning with the kits that ship with your C-12 (TS C-14) Manager
Shipments.
These materials will also be posted on the Beauty of Knowledge (BOK) on May 25.

Will there be a new tool to replace the “take away” card from the AT1?
No, the Appointment Tracker on the SMO is being updated to support recording information about the new
Representative for your follow-up.
This Appointment Tracker will also be added to the Beauty of
Knowledge when it is completed.

Why are we now calling the customer list from AT1 an invitation list in the Believe book?
We believe that the simple, warm and inviting language will encourage prospects to join Avon and get them
excited about becoming Representatives or Sales Leaders.
