What is the Masters Games of Alabama?
The Masters Games of Alabama is a
nonprofit organization dedicated to
promoting healthy lifestyles for active adults
age 50 and over through social, mental and
physical activities.
What games can I compete in?
The games consist of everything from
competitive sports like tennis, swimming,
golf, bowling and billiards, to board games
including rook, dominos, checkers, Nerf toss,
line dancing and shuffle board.
This year, Wii
bowling and pickle ball will be added.
Who is elligible to compete?
Participants compete by age groups and
gender.
Each age group is divided into
five-year ranges like 50-55.
Will the winners receive prizes?
Gold, silver and bronze awards are given out
at each eve
